Matt Jeglum and Trevor Alcott receive awards at 2008 WAF/NWP Conference.

Atmospheric Sciences students Matt Jeglum and Trevor Alcott were winners
of student presentation awards at the 2008 American Meteorological
Society Weather Analysis and Forecasting/Numerical Weather Prediction
Conference held in Omaha, Nebraska.  Matt received the first place M.S.
student award for his poster "Preferential Storm Pathways and Mountain
Precipitation over the Intermountain West".  Trevor received the second
place M.S. student award for his presentation "Climatology and
Prediction of Snow-to-Liquid Ratio in the central Wasatch Mountains."
