Maura Hahnenberger successfully defends her Master's Thesis in May 2008.
The Department of Meteorology announces that Maura Hahnenberger successfully defended her Master's Thesis on May 9, 2008, entitled "Topographic effects on nighttime cooling in a basin and plain atmosphere." Her research was conducted under the direction of Dr. C. David Whiteman with Supervisory Committee Members Drs. John D. Horel and W. James Steenburgh. Maura will continue her graduate studies at the U in the Department of Meteorology in the Ph.D program.
