Trevor Alcott successfully defends his Master's Thesis in May 2009.
The Department of Atmospheric Sciences announces that Trevor Alcott successfully defended his Master's Thesis entitled "Climatology and Prediction of Snow-to-Liquid Ratio in the Central Wasatch Mountains" on May 7, 2009. The thesis research was conducted under the direction of W. James Steenburgh, Chair, with Supervisory Committee members John D. Horel and Lawrence B. Dunn. Trevor is from Bartlett, New Hampshire. He received his Bachelor's degree in Atmospheric Science from SUNY Albany. Trevor will be staying here
to pursue his PhD with Dr. Steenburgh and starting an SCEP position at the National Weather Service.
